Shopping in UEBERVART Online Store

At UEBERVART we go great lengths to not only offer you the latest styles but also exclusive and high-quality products, and to make your shopping experience as easy and secure as possible. Once you have finished shopping, you can choose from various shipping and payment options. Read the following to learn everything about the order process and returns.

Choice of Language

When navigating through our online shop, our clients can choose between two languages: English and German. The default language is German; however, clients may switch to English by clicking on the button “English” at the top right corner.

Your Account

Customers can choose to create an online shopping account. This account enables customers to save billing and shipping addresses and to make changes at any time if necessary. Further, it is possible to change newsletter settings and to review the order history. All data provided by the customer are confidential and may only be used for order processing purposes. Third parties have no access to customer data.

Shopping cart

If a customer chooses to buy a product, he or she is required to choose the appropriate size before placing the product in the virtual shopping cart. Subsequently, the customer may either browse for additional products or conclude the purchase. In order to conclude the purchase, the customer is required to follow the order process by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

Order process

By clicking on “Proceed ok checkout,” the customer initiates the order process. If the customer already has an account, he or she can retrieve his or her shipping address by entering his or her billing address. Of course, the customer can choose to conclude the purchase without creating an account, or, the customer can choose to create a new account. Creating a new account only requires an E-mail address. Until the order has been placed irrevocably, the customer can choose to change the shipping address and payment method at will. Before concluding the purchase, the customer will be given the option to review all relevant data. After finishing the order process, the customer will receive an E-mail confirming the order. In this E-mail, an order summary as well as a returning form is included.

The order is then reviewed by one of our employees. If all items included in the order are available, the order will usually be given to our mail-order firm the same or next day. If any part of the order is unavailable, the customer will be notified the same or next day at latest. The part of the order unavailable for shipping will be cancelled from the order and any payments made for the unavailable product will be retransferred to the customer immediately.

Payment methods

Prepayment

If the customer chooses prepayment as method of payment, he or she will receive an E-mail containing our bank details

and the amount to be paid. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment. The payment is due within 7 days after the E-mail confirming the order was sent. The customer is required to make the payment within these 7 days by including his name and order number in the remittance.

PayPal

The customer may also choose to make the payment via PayPal. In doing so, the customer will redirected to PayPal immediately after he or she has irrevocably placed his or her order. The customer will then need to confirm the payment by entering his or her payment information. Upon confirming the payment, the customer will subsequently be redirected to our website.

Purchase on account – Billsafe

If the customer chooses to purchase on account, he or she will receive the goods along with a payment form. It is included in the billing envelope and further proceedings concerning the payment are documented on the form itself. UEBEVART is working with a third company in order to process purchases on account (Billsafe). Within the scope of the execution of the payment, UEBERVART is transferring its demand to Billsafe. Consequently, any due payments can only be liberated by satisfying the transferred demand at Billsafe. After receiving the goods, the customer is required to make the payment within 7 days..

Immediate transfer

If the customer choose to make a payment by immediate transfer, her or she will simply be required to enter his or her bank details in a form provided by a third party payment processing firm. Upon entering the payment information, the customer will be redirected to our online store where the order will be concluded subsequently.

Credit Card

Of course, the customer can also choose to pay by credit card. We accept both Visa and Master Card. Both payment methods are protected by additional security measures (verified by Visa and Mastercard 3D-Secure respectively). Additional passcodes may be required from the customer, depending on the issuing bank. Information concerning these safety measures can be retrieved at the customer’s issuing bank.

We ship daily with UPS and FedEx

We can’t guarantee you that all deliveries are made in this time period because delivery depends on our logistic partner. Sales Tax (19% for goods, 7% for books and publications) do not apply to orders from Non-EU-countries. Heavy boxes and orders for more than 500 EUR will be sent with an extra insurance. We do not send to packing stations. After placing an order you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to check where your product is.

The merchandise will be ready for shipment one day after your order was placed at the latest. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in one to four days, depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise.

Shipment to non-EU countries

  1. Shipping outside the EU is provided via FedEx Economy Band.
  2. Shipment to Switzerland
    Delivery time to Switzerland takes 1-4 business days. Please note that we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown exclusive of German sales tax. Customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded in the case of a return.
  3. Shipment to the USA
    The delivery period for USA is 2-6 working days. Please note that we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown exclusive of German VAT or Sales Tax. Customs duties as well as FedEx handling costs will not be refunded in case of a return. 
  4. Shipment to the rest of the world (except USA)
    The delivery period for countries that impose customs duty is 2-6 working days. Please note that we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown exclusive of VAT and customs duties; this also applies for German VAT. For details regarding taxes and duties in your country, please contact our customer care team at . Effects of withdrawal
